At ASeriesof, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery process for all our customers. We understand the importance of receiving your products in a timely manner and work hard to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery

  • Processing and Dispatch: Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver within 3–5 business days for domestic orders and 5–10 business days for international orders. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs procedures.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Any customs duties or taxes applicable to international orders will be the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the total at checkout.

Returns

At ASeriesof, we are confident in the exceptional quality of our products. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 14-day return period in compliance with European consumer law.

If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we kindly request that returns are handled and packaged with care. Any items returned damaged due to improper handling or insufficient packaging may be subject to a deduction from your refund.
  • Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Any deductions for diminished value will be clearly communicated to you.

Please note the following exceptions:

  1. Opened or Used Products: For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.
  2. Personalized Items: Products customized to your specifications cannot be returned unless deemed defective.
